When you sign up if you are a new client you will receive a registration form to complete prior to attending classes. If you are already registered all you need to do is book your package and you can attend any class you like for the amount you have paid. I will email you zoom links to the classes for easy access.
LIVE MONDAY MOVE: This will be a dynamic heat building class, designed to get the body moving. We’ll begin with some gentle awakening moves and then build heat with cardio and strength based moves. These classes are a great follow on if you have attended some Core & More classes or completed the RYC® foundations course with me. Classes are always supportive to those working with core issues and integrate some Capoeira moves to build heat.
LIVE WEDNESDAY WIND DOWN: Plenty of time for exploration in this class, primarily a lying down class, designed to calm and settle, release tension and increase body awareness, prepare for sleep.
FRIDAY CORE & MORE: This is whole body core class designed to support core and pelvic floor function. I include a lot of concepts from the RYC® (Restore Your Core) program combined with somatic movement to foster a sense of body awareness. A great follow on or taster class for the RYC® program.
SATURDAY STRENGTH: Recorded sent am and replay is seven days. Sometimes integrating props such as resistance bands or light weights with cueing and modifications given for anyone with a core issue.
If you can’t make the classes you will be sent the replay which will be live for seven days.

Q: How will these classes be delivered? What kit will I need?
These classes will be delivered online via zoom. A mat, belt, yoga block and bolster are all handy, but if you don’t have you can sub with a dressing gown belt, books and pillows. A resistance band and light weights will be used for the strength class. If you don’t have weights you could sub with tins of food or water bottles.

I’m yoga teacher and a certified RYC™ teacher and is was my experience of having diastasis recti after both of my pregnancies that lead me into this work. It became clear to me that a classical yoga practice wasn’t enough to help me recover so I stepped out of the yoga world to learn more.
I took courses with well-respected leaders in the field such as women’s health physios Dianne Lee and I tried many core recovery programs. I finally discovered the Restore Your Core program and it not only took my recovery to the next level, but empowered me with knowledge of how to move in a way that would be supportive to my body for the rest of my life. I am passionate about spreading this work to as many ladies as I can.
