Cost: £14 for 1 drop in class

Cost: £26 for 2 class pack

About classes

Wrap up your working week with a yoga and movement lunchtime session designed to leave you feeling light hearted, less stressed and clearer in body and mind.

This class will include healthy movements for your spine, shoulders and neck, integrating deep core connection and postural support.  The focus will be to leave you feeling refreshed enough to return to your desk to tie up any loose ends if needed, or ready to start your weekend early leaving any stress from the week behind you.

Q: Do I need any previous yoga experience?
No previous experience is necessary. The classes are a combination of yoga and pilates based moves with exercises that help facilitate functional movement.

Q: Where will the sessions be held?
WRAP: 83 Queens Rd, Brighton BN1 3XE

Q: What procedures are in place for Covid: Social distancing will be maintained throughout the session and all equipment and touch points will be cleaned.

 

 

 

 

About Your Tutor

I’m yoga teacher and a certified RYC™ teacher and is was my experience of having diastasis recti after both of my pregnancies that lead me into this work. It became clear to me that a classical yoga practice wasn’t enough to help me recover so I stepped out of the yoga world to learn more.

I took courses with well-respected leaders in the field such as women’s health physios Dianne Lee and I tried many core recovery programs. I finally discovered the Restore Your Core program and it not only took my recovery to the next level, but empowered me with knowledge of how to move in a way that would be supportive to my body for the rest of my life.  I am passionate about spreading this work to as many ladies as I can.
