During Lockdown I have merged my Restore Your Core for Mum and Baby course with my general Restore Your Core foundation course.
These bespoke sessions are particulary for mums and babies who may be experiencing a core issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, incontinence, prolapse or persistent back pain. You can book in for one troubleshoot session or a block of classes.
If you have been doing exercise classes and are still experiencing issues or you are recently postnatal and want to get your recovery off to a good start then these classes are for you.
The Restore Your Core method is designed to retrain your pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive responsive and supportive to your body.
This comprehensive approach will help you learn how your are moving and provide opportunity for more variety of movement, not just on your mat, but throughout your every-day life. As you become familiar with your habitual movement patterns, you will understand how you can create change giving you new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.
These classes are ongoing. If you have a group of 3 (you can share the cost) or classes can be booked as a 121. A block of 4 sessions will cover the foundations of the Restore Your Core program. Discounts given for a block of 1-2-1’s.

When you sign up for the course you will be asked to fill out a confidential pre-screen questionnaire.
At the first session you will receive a booklet for note-taking and observations and a diary to keep track of homework.
Included will be print outs of all the sequences we cover so you can work on the movements at home. Following homework during the course will be more beneficial in terms of results.
You will receive log in details for the membership site for supporting videos and tutorials for the movements.
You will have access to support via a private face book group for any questions
You will receive a free one to one skype session with me to check in and see how you are doing.

Q: When can I start classes?
A: After 6 weeks when you have been signed off by your doctor | 8-10 weeks after a C-section.
