Restore Your Core is a whole body exercise program designed to support women who are experiencing core issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, incontinence, prolapse or persistent back pain.
This comprehensive approach will help you learn how your are moving and provide opportunity for more variety of movement, not just on your mat, but throughout your every-day life. As you become familiar with your habitual movement patterns, you will understand how you can create change giving you new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.
The Restore Your Core method is designed to retrain your pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive responsive and supportive to your body.

When you sign up for the RYC® Course or the RYC® Continuers class, you will be asked to fill out a confidential pre-screen questionnaire. Once received I will send you the weekly access to the zoom sessions. Please make sure you have enough space and a good set up so I can see you.
The difference between the RYC® Course and the RYC® Continuers drop in classes is that during the RYC® Course you will receive free access to supporting videos and we will discuss and break down more the ‘why’ behind what we are doing, plus you will receive a free 45mins 1-2-1 check in with me. The RYC® Continuers drop in classes are so you can keep the momentum going and continue attending classes when it suits you after the course has finished. I am also welcome to anyone who is new to RYC® to try a couple of classes to get a feel before signing up for the next course.

The time frame for healing is rarely just 6 weeks. There can be twists and turns to the healing process and sometimes even set backs. The RYC® facebook group is full of encouraging stories of women healing in ways they never thought possible and feeling more confident in their bodies ability to heal. There are also stories women taking a few steps back at times before moving forward, knowing that mind set, time, commitment and grace plays a huge part in the journey.
RYC® 13 week online program is a great follow on after the RYC® Foundations to continue the work you have put in. I support many ladies who are doing the full online program and I am available for 1-2-1 Skype check in support sessions should you need. All my clients receive a client discount code for the online program.
RYC® Continuers class is a drop in class you can attend where we will be cycling through RYC® sequences. This class is not about the ‘why’ behind what we are doing, but more for people to commit to a more flowing style teacher lead class. As the sequences will vary and I expect there to be a wide range of ability in the group I will give modifications. A great class to try as a taster as well if you are new to the RYC® approach. I am open to questions and requests for particular sequences if you have the program already.
RYC® bespoke 1-2-1 package: A block of 1-2-1 sessions to assess you individually and give you a program catered to support your specific needs with video homework.

Q: How will this course be delivered? What kit will I need?
This course will be delivered in online via zoom and will include extra supporting videos for homework. Mat, yoga brick, blanket, cushion, half dome roller can be useful.

Q: How much time do I need to put aside for my RYC® Course homework?
15 mins a day minimum 4 times a week.
I’m yoga teacher and a certified RYC™ teacher and is was my experience of having diastasis recti after both of my pregnancies that lead me into this work. It became clear to me that a classical yoga practice wasn’t enough to help me recover so I stepped out of the yoga world to learn more.
I took courses with well-respected leaders in the field such as women’s health physios Dianne Lee and I tried many core recovery programs. I finally discovered the Restore Your Core program and it not only took my recovery to the next level, but empowered me with knowledge of how to move in a way that would be supportive to my body for the rest of my life. I am passionate about spreading this work to as many ladies as I can.
