The focus for these classes will be yoga & movement to support women’s health.
My areas of interest for these classes are still very focused on core and pelvic floor health, but will be a progression on from the Restore Your Core program. It’s a great class to feed into once you have done the RYC ® course or had some 121 sessions with me.
In this classes we will increase the challenge to your core in intelligent ways with close monitoring on the strategy you use and reviewing where necessary, so intra-abdominal pressure is managed wisely throughout.
I also integrate light weights and some resistant bands into these classes at times as well as various yoga practices and plenty of down training for the nervous system as well.

In regular yoga classes I like to bring a wide variety of movement experiences for students, I don’t see yoga as a set of specific postures to fit into a sequence, but the mindfulness of the movement, the exploration and awareness as yoga. I enjoy bringing in exercises that facilitate functional movement in everyday life.
