I am offering 40 minute classes  via zoom to energise in the morning and wind down in the evening. Many of us are busy with children at home, with little free time, but 40 minutes can make a huge difference and most of us can squeeze in half an hour. I’m including a sleep easy class on Sundays for those of you having trouble sleeping and Whole body Core for those of you working with a core issue. Please join me for any of these classes. Cost is by donation, pay what you can.

About Your Tutor

In regular yoga classes I like to bring a wide variety of movement experiences for students, I don’t see yoga as a set of specific postures to fit into a sequence, but the mindfulness of the movement, the exploration and awareness as yoga. I enjoy bringing in exercises that facilitate functional movement in everyday life.
