Movement for Women’s Health

Mindful Movement for Women

The focus for these classes will be movements and practices that support Women’s Health.

As well as movements designed to support core and pelvic floor function I’ll be weaving tips on how to protect protect sleep and yoga practices to calm the nervous system .

If you have time a cuppa at the end then there is the added benefit on being with other women in community which when it comes to being able to chat about women’s health is so so important.

A great class to feed into once you have taken my Restore Your Core Course or Postnatal Recovery classes, but you can still join us if you haven’t taken courses with me.

About Your Tutor

In regular yoga classes I like to bring a wide variety of movement experiences for students, I don’t see yoga as a set of specific postures to fit into a sequence, but the mindfulness of the movement, the exploration and awareness as yoga. I enjoy bringing in exercises that facilitate functional movement in everyday life.
